What's the difference between buying the bundle and buying items individually?
The bundle comes pre-paired for an effortless setup. Please ensure the eufy app is updated to version 6.0.40 or later.
How does the one-tap setup work?
During setup, select "Security Kit" in the eufy app, not "HomeBase." Simply pair your HomeBase first, then power on other devices and log in on the display. All devices will then automatically complete the network setup.
How do I enable the one-tap arm / disarm feature on the display?
Open the eufy app, go to Smart Mode, and group your selected devices. Once configured in Group Control,
you can access this feature under "Home" on the display.
Do the cameras support continuous recording?
Battery-powered cameras do not support continuous recording.
Is there a time limit for viewing live feeds on different devices?
1. Battery-Powered Devices: Live feeds play for 3 minutes by default. Tap Play to resume.
2. Wired Devices: No time lime limit.
3. Plugged-In Battery Devices: No time limit.
